We have been using the services of Need-a-Nerd, Chris Purcell, for over 15 years. Chris has helped our business develop a networked computer system with redundant backup systems. He also keeps our system up to date with all the latest software to enhance the computer’s abilities and also to protect against viruses. Any issues we have had with our system, have been quickly and effectively resolved. Chris is not only knowledgeable but also very professional and dependable. It would be a mistake if you didn’t use Need-a-Nerd for your computer services.

Chris Purcell from Need-a-Nerd is our IT administrator for both our Michigan City and Valparaiso offices. I learned about Chris and his company through one of our library patrons, while searching for a permanent IT support solution. We have a new library building with 14 computers for public access, 11 staff computers, 2 servers, 10 WiFi access points, 5 printers and almost 20 security cameras so upgrading and maintaining technology has been an ongoing challenge.
