A WINE FOR EVERY PALATE!Award-winning wine master Leonard Olson established Baroda Founders Wine Cellar in July 2009. He created a wide array of wines for over 40 years as a self-taught winemaker. He co-founded the first Southwestern Michigan winery, Tabor Hill Winery, in 1968 and started their vineyard by planting Vidal Blanc and Aurora vines. The following year, twenty-seven more varieties including Chardonnay and Riesling were planted. Leonard is recognized by the Knights of Vine as the founder of the premium wine industry in Middle America.For years, President Ford served Tabor Hill’s 1971 Vidal Blanc at the White House.
